For everyone. Whether you run the business or work a shift, this is how Vera is laid out.
Everything in Vera lives behind a row of tabs across the top of the screen. Here’s what each one is for.

The top bar

Along the very top you’ll find:
  • Your business name (top left) — click it to switch workspaces if you belong to more than one.
  • The bell (top right) — your notifications.
  • Your picture or initials (top right) — opens a small menu with Account and Sign out.

The tabs

Just below the top bar is a row of tabs. Everyone sees these:
On a phone, the tabs tuck into a menu. Tap the menu button (☰) in the top-right corner to open them.

What only managers see

If you run the business, a few extra tabs appear on the right side of the row:
  • Report — an overview of how things are going.
  • Integrations — connections to other tools.
  • Settings — your team members, teams, locations, and workspace setup.
Don’t see these? That’s expected — they’re for managers only, and everything you need for your own work is in the tabs on the left.
